Shipping and Delivery
On this page you will find all the information regarding delivery times, costs, and the carriers we use to ship your orders placed on Ikiya.
➤ Carriers and delivery methods
We ship your orders via FedEx (FedEx Priority service) and GLS (Smart Delivery Service). The choice of carrier depends on the destination and the type of products ordered, to ensure the fastest and safest delivery possible.
Carriers do not make pickups or deliveries on public holidays and weekends. Please also note that Ikiya is closed on Mondays: orders received during the weekend or on Monday are processed starting from the following Tuesday.
➤ Preparation and shipping times
Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days from receipt of payment, unless otherwise indicated on the product page. For products available in stock, we do our best to prepare and ship orders received by 12 PM on the same business day.
If you purchase items with different availability times, the shipment will be made when all products are ready for delivery.
As soon as the package is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the delivery status in real time.
➤ Shipping costs in Italy
Shipping costs vary based on the order amount and destination.
Standard shipping with express courier costs €9.00.
Shipping is free for orders of €85.00 or more.
For shipments to minor islands and areas considered remote, a surcharge of €15.00 applies.
For Sicily and Sardinia, free shipping applies with a minimum order of €100.00.
During checkout, the system will automatically calculate any surcharges based on the postal code entered.
➤ In-store pickup
If you prefer, you can pick up your order free of charge at our store in Treviso:
Ikiya – Via San Nicolò 15, 31100 Treviso (TV)
Pickup is available during store opening hours. The goods are ready from the same day as the order and must be picked up within 5 business days.
➤ Shipping in Europe
We regularly ship to several European Union countries with GLS. Costs vary based on the destination.

➤ Important delivery notes
To ensure timely delivery, please carefully verify the shipping address and provide a phone number. The carrier does not deliver to upper floors and cannot arrange specific delivery times.
If the recipient is absent, the carrier will make a second delivery attempt or leave a notice with instructions for pickup at the local branch. Any storage or release fees will be charged to the customer.
When the package arrives, we recommend checking that the packaging is intact and free from tampering. If you notice any issues, accept the delivery with a reservation for inspection and notify us promptly.
