Refund and Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and Directive 2011/83/EU, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the Products, without having to provide any reason.
How to Exercise Your Right
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a written communication, preferably by email to [email protected], expressly stating the intention to withdraw from the contract. Effects of Withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal, Ikiya will refund the Customer all payments received, including standard delivery costs (excluding supplementary costs resulting from the choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice. The refund will be made using the same means of payment used by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Returning Products
The Customer must return the Products intact and properly packaged, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which the withdrawal was communicated. The direct costs of returning the goods are the responsibility of the Customer.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for:
- the supply of goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly (e.g., perishable food products);
- the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized.
