An updated e-commerce site dedicated to you
In this June 2026 we have started updating our e-commerce site, to finally give our customers a more complete and structured browsing tool for their needs. With a faster starting point that is better suited to our and your needs, we can start working on what has been our most important goal for years: opening our e-commerce to the European Community. Ikiya already ships to Europe, but it didn't have a proper showcase to introduce you to our products.
We have listened to your advice and in the coming months these will be implemented and included within our website. Our Ikiya Loyalty Program is already active, allowing you to collect points online and in-store in Treviso to get discount vouchers, free shipping, and special products. We are working on a categorization with filters for all our products, to allow you to find what you are looking for more quickly. You can also choose the gift wrap with a furoshiki during the ordering phase, to receive a gift at home ready to be delivered.
These are just some of the technical updates to our e-commerce, which we are working on daily to make navigation easier and more pleasant. But that's not all.
An English website for shipping to Europe
The most complex part is the translation of our entire catalog (hundreds of products) into English. This work has already begun, but will be completed in the coming weeks. Not all products are currently available in English, so we invite our customers to mainly browse the Italian site for now. Gradually, the English version will grow and become as detailed as the Italian one.
We already ship throughout Europe. If you live in a country listed on our dedicated shipping page, you can order with confidence. Within a few days, all our products will be with you!
More detailed product sheets
One of the new features we are working on is the product sheets. We have always wanted to be precise and give you as much information as possible, and this will be our main goal. We will rewrite the entire Ikiya catalog, going deeper into the producers, giving you tips on how to use certain ingredients, and providing fun facts and details about kimono, haori, tableware, and much more. Each product will have a small layout that will allow you to immediately find the important details, to better guide you in your choice.
The software update of our e-commerce was just the beginning of a longer and more important job. In the coming weeks, you will find more and more updates, more information, and details about what Ikiya offers you.
