How to use it

Kewpie mayonnaise stands out for its unique texture, achieved through an emulsion process that reduces oil particles to microscopic sizes (between 2/1000 and 4/1000 of a millimeter). This gives the mayonnaise a silky creaminess, much finer than homemade mayonnaise. Its balanced flavor and velvety consistency make it a versatile and essential ingredient in the kitchen, perfect for:

 Sushi and sashimi, for a creamy touch that balances the freshness of the fish.
 Salads, to enrich with a delicate yet intense flavor.
 Sandwiches, for an enveloping consistency.§
